Candle Magic & Care

It’s easy! Just keep an eye on your candle while it’s burning and make sure it’s in a safe spot, away from anything that could catch fire. Avoid drafts and keep it out of reach of pets and kids. If you’re getting sleepy, blow it out and let it cool before replacing the lid. Enjoy responsibly, and your candle will thank you!

The key is in the first burn—let the wax melt evenly across the top to avoid tunneling. Keep your wick trimmed to about ⅛ inch, and burn for no more than four hours at a time. When you’re down to about ½ inch of wax, it’s time for a new candle. It’s all about balance!

Absolutely! Our candles are made with non-toxic ingredients, and we follow strict safety standards. No harmful chemicals, no animal testing—just clean, beautiful scents you can enjoy guilt-free.

We’ve carefully crafted our scents to hit that sweet spot—bold but not overwhelming. If you feel it's too strong or too light, we’re always open to feedback and happy to offer an exchange or return. We want the scent to be just right for you!

It’s all about trimming! Keep your wick short—around ⅛ inch. If you notice the flame flickering or smoke rising, blow it out, trim the wick, and relight. This helps your candle burn smoothly and keeps the smoke away.

Gifting with SWIEJA

We’ve got you covered! Just choose your favorite candle, add a personal message, and we’ll take care of the rest. You’ll get an email once the gift is delivered so you can celebrate their excitement from afar!

No problem! If the scent isn’t their style, we’re happy to swap it out for something they’ll love. Just let us know, and we’ll take care of the exchange. It’s all about making gifting stress-free!

Orders & Shipping

As soon as your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking number. You can also check your order status in your account. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way!

If you need to tweak something, reach out to us as soon as possible! We’ll do our best to catch it before it ships, so you get exactly what you need.

We offer standard and expedited shipping options across the USA. If you need your candles in a hurry, we’ll do everything we can to get them to you on time!

Returns & Refunds

If your candle isn’t the perfect match, we’ve got you covered! Just reach out to us within 30 days, and we’ll arrange a return or exchange. Your happiness is our top priority!

Once we receive your return, it typically takes 5-7 business days for your refund to process. We’ll keep you posted, so you’ll know when it’s all sorted.
